About
Join artist Peter Waples-Crowe (Ngarigo ) for a kids’ collage art workshop centred on animals inspired by identity and heritage and our latest exhibition “Spirit of the Animals”. This session will include a tour of our exhibition. Peter will guide everyone through a reflection on the significance of animals in his own cultural identity and how we can do the same. He will then lead a creative session of watercolour painting with an overlay of collaged animals - with lunch in between.All materials supplied.
Please feel free to bring magazines or images of animals you would like to use.
Light catering provided.
Free but bookings required.
Workshop is Ally Friendly. All are welcome.
This is a workshop suitable for kids 4 – 10.
All kids must be supervised and assisted by an adult.
