Brisbane City Sounds Open Nights in October 2024!
About
We are a women's chorus of about 20 who enjoy singing mostly popular songs in 4 part unaccompanied harmony. We invite you to join us for five Thursday nights in October: the 3rd, 10th, 17th, the 24th and 31st October. We are looking to grow our sound with new members, and would love to make visitors welcome! If you wish to join after October, there will be an audition and a monthly membership fee. Practices start at 7pm. However, it is best to arrive at 6.45 to sign in. You will be given a folder of music for the night and will be voice placed at some point into one of the four voice parts . You are welcome to either just watch or join us on the risers - stepped platforms on which we often sing. Later, if you are able, please join us for supper afterwards!
