WEEK 1. DIVE INTO FOUNDATIONS FOR MINDFUL LIVING. 
How and why to deepen awareness & practice credibility (1.5hrs)

Start with the 'What,' 'why,' 'how,'  & exploring some neuroscience in mindfulness. Experience heightened awareness techniques & active noticing exercises.

Establish or grow your practice, moving into deeper aspects of mindfulness & experiential exercises.  Getting off 'autopilot' & it’s numbing affects – skills & benefits of building the 'observing' part of our mind. Various layers of the mind, unraveling 'wiring' that can hinder progress.

How to acquire essential mindfulness skills. Incorporates quick 1-2 minute 'micro practices' to help reset & refocus  Recap some basics with further layers of tools & deeper practices throughout the 5 week journey.

WEEK 2 – EXPAND UNDERSTANDING - living more mindfully.
Understanding our wiring (1.5hrs) 

Embracing mindfulness as more than a practice, but as a way of being—life skills. Shifting from reactive responses to intentional intervention in challenging situations. Discover metacognition, mindful conversations, & the impactful 'subject/object' mindfulness concepts.

Investigating mindful movement, cultivating self-compassion, understanding the judicious use of survival responses, and mastering tools and interventions for enhanced mindfulness.

WEEK 3 – Deepening Self-Regulation - living more intentionally & mindfully. 
Navigating our wiring (1.5hrs) 

Connecting  concepts of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, happiness, mindfulness, and personal leadership. Recognising the dual nature of our minds, capable of either supporting or hindering us. Identifying obstacles like unexplored emotions, the subconscious, and self-limiting challenges, beliefs, and habits.

Dive into the realms of self-esteem and self-compassion. Embrace a life of intentional, mindful development. Apply 'Mind Intelligence™️' and emotional intelligence to align with personal values for a more authentic and congruent existence.

WEEK 4. Energy, Stress & Resilience Management.
How to enhance our new wiring (1.5hrs)

Unlocking the potential of mindful living skills and it's empowerment benefits in both your personal and professional life. Diving into stress, its impact, and effective energy & stress management. Essential for achieving our best performance.

Exploring the dynamics of energy depletion and learning strategies to build and maintain coping resilience. Introduction to advanced coherence techniques through live demonstrations using biofeedback technologies, showcasing real-time adaptations of coherence to mitigate the effects of stress.

WEEK 5. Acceptance, Connection & Integration -
How to sustain of the new wiring - 'Trait Mindfulness' (1.5hrs)

Bringing it all together - integration. Introducing the concept of 'vertical growth' and emphasising the priority and importance of starting with values first then goals. Practical exercises for improved decision-making, steering clear of getting overly entangled in thoughts, and avoidance of experiences. Exploring benefits of a flexible growth mindset.

Tips and exercises for maintaining mindfulness both at home and in the workplace. Strengthening and sustaining practices for self-management and acceptance. How to grow trait mindfuness !

NEXT STEPS - EMBRACING YOUR 'TRAIT MINDFULNESS' JOURNEY 
Your 'developmental journey' of curiosity, openness, acceptance, growth & integration... so becomes second nature, and part of your personality

Throughout the 5 weeks there will be recapping of concepts to refresh or aid beginners attending.
We will go much deeper with practices, mindfulness techniques & concepts to help make mindfulness
a 'way of being' - practice over time is key to help develop whats called 'trait mindfulness'  

There are two ticket options - full price and concession. Concession option is for people that really want to attend but cant really afford full price. We like to make this as accessable as possible - please contact me if this is still a problem and you would like to discuss options.
