Glen Eira City Council hosts an annual morning tea during National Carers Week, to show appreciation and celebrate the significant contribution that unpaid carers make to our community. The 2024 morning tea will be held in the ballroom at the beautiful Rippon Lea Estate, where carers can soak in the ambience while enjoying the company of other carers. Following the morning tea there will be opportunity to further explore the historic house via a self-guided tour or take a stroll in the gardens. This event is free and open to unpaid carers who live or care in Glen Eira.
