About
Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Victorian women, taking care of our health and wellbeing is important and our needs change as we age. This spring, join our program of free information sessions about women’s health and wellbeing in Mandarin.The evening will begin with Chinese dancing where you can join in simple rhythmic body movements suitable for all ages and abilities. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes and bring a water bottle.
Then enjoy an information session from bi-lingual Health Educator, Yi Luo, from the Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health.
In Mandarin, Yi will cover
• what breast cancer is
• the importance of screening for breast cancer and
• services available in the community
6.30pm to 7.00pm - chinese dancing
7.00pm to 7.15pm - tea and coffee
7.15pm to 8.15pm - information session
This session is delivered in partnership with the Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health and the Chinese dancing group at the Trentwood Hub.
