Somatic Embodied Awareness - Exploring Adaptive Strategies
About
This class will explore adaptive strategies to stressors/threats/triggers we experience in daily life. You will have an opportunity to learn about these strategies, feel the adaptive strategies in your body and either listen or discuss how they play out or do t play out in your own life.This class gives women a safer space to:
-explore coming into your body
-learn more about how somatic embodiment works and how it benefits the nervous system
-experience how it restores the biological adaptation system
-build a relationship with the physical, emotional and female energetic body systems
-bring awareness to the social and cultural masks that women are trained and often subconsciously wear
-be deeply witnessed by other women
-listen to the magic of weavings and stories within the circle of women
