Spring Seafood Luncheon

Spring is upon us and we feel the need to celebrate. We're putting on a bit of a fancy lunch to showcase the new season's produce in the form of a degustation menu with a seafood focus.
The one-off set menu will include snacks on arrival followed by 5 curated courses. Chefs Marty & Olivia will be flexing their creative muscles and putting together dishes inspired by Marty's time spent cooking (and eating) in Paris. Each course is designed to celebrate Australia's abundant seafood and the vibrant flavors of spring.
There will be the usual fun and cheeky cocktail specials that you've come to expect from us, as well as a wine by the glass list that includes some special and one-off bottles. It's a Sunday long lunch so making decisions can be difficult, in which case you can opt to have our paired wine menu ($80pp) to accompany each course and take any mental strain away from the afternoon.
As always with these Sunday events, the afternoon will be lesuirely and long. There will be pauses between courses to enjoy each others company and (hopefully) bask in some afternoon sun and listen to our record collection. We recommend allowing 3-4 hours to spend with us.
You can choose below to arrive at 1pm or 2pm. Wine pairings and all other beverages can be purchsed on the day.
