REP' PREP' ACADEMY

8 weekly sessions. Choose from your preferred day below:

Tuesday's 6.00pm - 7.00pm

Sunday's 2.00pm - 3.00pm

OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS, 9 YEARS & OLDER, FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION

+ Dedicated program to best prepare players for Rep' tryouts & the season in 2024/25.

+ We will cover offence & defence, footwork, teach correct technique, expose players to high pressure scenarios, develop their overall skills & improve their ability to influence games

+ Mindset, mentality & discipline components

SKILL BUILDER ACADEMY

8 weekly sessions. Choose from your preferred day below:

Wednesday's 6.00pm - 7.00pm

Thursday's 7.00pm-8.00pm

Sunday's 3.00pm - 4.00pm

OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS, 7 YEARS & OLDER, FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION

+ Focus on fundamental skill improvement & confidence building.

+ Tailored skill, technique & court positioning training.

+ Strength & conditioning relevant to the players age.

+ Mindset, mentality & discipline components.

SHOOTING ACADEMY

8 weekly sessions. Choose from your preferred day below:

Tuesday's 5.00pm - 6.00pm

Thursday's 6.00pm - 7.00pm

OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS, 8 YEARS & OLDER, FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION

+ Development of players shooting technique

+ Tailored drills for repetition of correct shooting technique

+ Focus on improving players ability to be consistent shooters in any variation

+ Mindset, mentality & discipline components

ROOKIE ACADEMY

8 weekly sessions each Sunday 4.00pm-5.00pm

OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS, 5 YEARS & OLDER, FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION

Our academy Head Coach (Brad) will help develop your child's skills, teach correct technique, improve their balance/coordination/footwork, assist with their match play experience & more!

ELITE ACADEMY

8 weekly sessions each Monday 7.30pm - 8.30pm

OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION WHO CURRENTLY PLAY REP' OR HIGH GRADE DOMESTIC

+ Perfect for players wanting to tryout for Rep' or have desire to advance their game in high-grade Domestic or Rep'

+ High-level and intense training sessions

+ Technical skill training

+ Strength & conditioning relevant to the players age

+ Mindset, mentality & discipline components

+ Guidance on how to prepare for Tryouts

+ Ongoing mentoring and support by our Head Coach (Brad Waters)

GIRLS ONLY ACADEMY

8 weekly sessions each Sunday 1.00pm - 2.00pm

OPEN TO GIRLS FROM ANY CLUB OR ASSOCIATION

+ Strength & conditioning relevant to the players age.

KINDER ACADEMY

6 weekly sessions each Tuesday 9.30am - 10.15am

OPEN TO 3 - 5 YEAR OLD BOYS & GIRLS

We will help develop your child's fundamental skill set, hand-eye coordination, footwork / balance + teach the basic rules.

Each session will consist of skill development and fun games where your future star will have a blast whilst learning the game.
