Good mental health is not just the absence of mental illness; it’s a state of balance that allows you to thrive.This workshop has been designed to teach you the warning signs to look out for that indicate your mental health is declining, such as irritability, fatigue, or a persistent feeling of overwhelm. You’ll learn practical techniques that you can integrate into your daily life to cultivate a greater sense of calm, focus, and emotional balance.
