Weekly Yoga Vinyasa Flow for North Bondi Surf Life Saving MembersTime: NOW ON Tuesday mornings 6.15am-7.15am in Jan (please arrive by 6.10am)
Who can secure a spot: NBSLSC Members only
We will either be on Level 1 or Level 2 - keep an eye out for the digital screens the morning of to see.
Each week we will work on a different focus and support your progression and limitations.
Yoga Flow focuses on the connection between movement, breath and mind. Flow Yoga moves continuously between poses allowing the yogi to focus on wrapping each movement with a breath. Yogis can expect to feel expansive, challenged, present and open when you explore this practice. It works and supports strength, mobility and posture.
For this practice you are required to bring your own yoga mat and if possible, blocks/straps. Please wear comfortable clothes to move in. Preferably not too bag
