Regardless of how long you may have been in a leadership role, understanding your leadership style is essential for any leader.This program enables you to reflect on your personal leadership and learn practical strategies to widen your ‘leadership toolkit’, whether or not you currently hold a formal leadership role.
This will be run as a pilot program. All participants must be willing to provide their feedback on things such as the program's contents, its effectiveness, and suggestions for improvement.
Target Audience :Current leaders – Early Career Principals, Deputy or Assistant Principals or Senior Leaders in smaller schools, CEB office staff.
