Ginspiration: Cocktail Competition (SOLD OUT)
About
This KCBS Ancillary Cocktail Contest is open to anyone aged 18 and over, and it's your chance to showcase your cocktail creativity with Sin Gin.The entry fee is $60, and you'll be competing on Appearance, Taste, and Execution/Creativity. Each team will receive a 200 ml bottle of Sin Gin in their chosen flavour at the team meeting. If your cocktail requires additional alcohol flavours, it will be up to you to provide them.
Your cocktail must feature at least 30 ml of Sin Gin as the primary liquor and can include up to 5 ingredients plus garnish(s).
Bring your own mixing equipment, ingredients, glassware, pitcher, presentation tray, and ice. Submit two drinks for presentation and one pitcher or pouring container (no more than 600 ml) for sampling.
