Join us for a profound day of learning about and experiencing sacred sound on scientific and spiritual levels.Swami Samnyasanand (Neurophysiologist) is a renowned and highly experienced and skilled master of the breath and how it affects the heart, brain, and nervous system. He has worked with and for many incredible yogic scientists, yoga schools, Universities, and yoga lineage innovators, and has spoken at many conferences, ashrams, temples and retreats in Australia and around the world, over the course of his lifetime.
Together with Meredith Rose (Kundalini/Hatha Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer & vocal alchemist), he is bringing this wisdom, along with multiple opportunities to dive deep into some profound practices of sacred sound. Participants will also be immersed in a 90minute Sound Healing Journey with Meredith Rose of Cerulean Rose Sound Healing.
A nourishing and delicious vegetarian lunch and morning tea will be provided by Klara of Milieu Street Bistro (included).
