Gorgeous Gouache - Learn on location with Linda MacAulay (SOLD OUT)

Learn how to paint travel sketches in gouache on black paper.Gouache is a pigment rich, opaque medium that dries quickly to a matte finish and has ability to be reactivated with water. With a small kit you can paint almost anywhere.
The workshop will be held on location with views of the ranges. You will learn how to use the medium and then paint a number of fast small paintings with the aim of building the skills necessary to create your own gouache travel diary.
Each participant will be provided with the use of brushes and all materials during the workshop so it is a great opportunity to come along and try it out.
Please note this workshop is suitable for ages 14 and up.

Venue: Jessie Gap Picnic area, Yeperenye, Ross Highway 10km east of Alice springs.
Cost: $120 Includes use of all materials. Please bring own chair, hat and water.
