• Salmon fillet Pan fried with potato and fennel purée, sautéed vegetables, asparagus bundle and tarragon bearnaise sauce
• Cornfed chicken breast, truffled white polenta, broccolini, truss semidried tomato, angiovese jus, dried green olive crumb
