FIRST LINE EMERGENCY CARE (FLEC) COURSE - Expression Of Interest

Please Note: This registration is to notify of your interest and ability only to undertake the course. It is not allocating you a position. Successful applicants will be notified of acceptance into the course and given further instructions at a later date.

Description

The FLEC course supports RNs to enhance their patient assessment skills, critical thinking and decision-making skills, to enable early interventions to improve outcomes for patients that present to their health service. The course is delivered via 10 face to face study days and self-directed learning. Please ensure that you are able to attend all 10 study days.

There will be two FLEC courses held at GV Health in 2025. Both will be held FORTNIGHTLY on Tuesdays, plus one Wednesday for ALS.

Course 1 - 18th February to 3rd June, plus Wednesday 4th June (ALS).

Course 2 - 22nd July to 11th November, plus Wednesday 12th November (ALS).

Please ensure you can attend all 10 days for the course you are appling for.
