The Far North Queensland Law Association (FNQLA) invites you to attend this free Seniors Estate Planning & Elder Abuse Information Session, where lawyers will volunteer their time to sit down with groups of seniors (and their families) to discuss in general terms estate planning matters, such as wills and enduring powers of attorney. The Cairns Community Legal Centre will also be presenting on scams, to keep seniors aware and safe.
