Back by popular demand, we’re thrilled to announce the return of our annual Oyster Shucking Masterclass, in collaboration with Perth’s very own ‘King of Oysters,’ Jerry Fraser, and our favourite WA sparkling wine, Idée Fixe.
Join us on Saturday, 2nd November for one of two exclusive sessions: 11am–1pm or 3pm–5pm.
Under Jerry's expert guidance, you’ll enjoy a hands-on, two-hour masterclass where you'll learn to shuck like a pro, savour unlimited oysters, and discover the unique flavours of both Pacific and Rock oysters.
Sip your way through the event with glasses of Idée Fixe Premier Brut and the exquisite Brut Rosé. There will be fabulous prizes up for grabs, plus you’ll have the chance to purchase your very own oyster knife – perfect for showing off your new skills at home!
As a special treat, we’ve teamed up with local legend James Shipstone of Shipstone Chilli Co. to launch a brand-new hot sauce crafted just for the event. Stay tuned for this year’s mouth-watering flavour!
