An inter-professional one-day simulation course designed to facilitate interdisciplinary training. A valuable opportunity for nursing and medical staff to train together, reflecting the reality of teams working together.
The course is aimed to equip participants with a structured approach to the assessment and management of deteriorating ward patient. Participants will have the opportunity to practice the technical and teamwork skills known to enhance patient safety.
Who can Attend

Monash Health Interns (Dates will be Pre-allocated throughout 2025)

Monash Health Graduate or Ward-Based Nurses with 1-2 years' experience
**Nurses: Prior to booking please ensure that you have the support from your manager. If you intend to take study/professional development leave, this needs approval from your manager. If you do not attend your booked session, your manager will be informed.
