About
The Tenants' Union of NSW (TU) and Illawarra & South Coast Tenants Advice and Avocacy Service (ISCTAAS) are hosting a forum for renters, in partnership with the NSW Rental Commissioner, Trina Jones.The forum will provide renters with the opportunity to share their experiences of renting, in particular around cost of living, affordability, energy and climate resilience. Discussions will take place in small groups.
About our organisations
The TU is the main resourcing body for the NSW network of Tenants Advice and Advocacy Services (TAASs), and a community legal centre specialising in NSW residential tenancies law. Our primary activities are to provide legal services to renters facing economic and social disadvantage, and provide information and advice to all renters on their legal rights and obligations.
The ISCTAAS is a free service providing information and advice to all renters, including private and social housing renters, and land lease community residents.
