Full details will be provided closer to the event. Including the correct arrival and departure times.But the basics:
Accommodation: 2 room suites of 3 per room (max of 6) - 1 bathroom (linen & towels included)
All meals - including Cooked Breakfast, M/Tea, Lunch, A/Tea, Dinner, Evening Snacks from Friday Supper through to Sunday Lunch (dietary requirements to be advised)
Minimum numbers required - 45 (Max 50)
Cost: $400 early bird payment (Full payment required by 31st January 2025). Payments after 1st February 2025 will be $425.
Deposit: $125 required to secure your place. Deposits received prior to 11th October, 2024 will receive a special bonus gift.
Full payment required by: 31st July 2025
STRICT Refund policy: In the event of cancellations, refunds will ONLY be paid if written (email) notification received PRIOR to 28th April 2025
