Followed by 60 minutes of magical sounds by Valli Maine all over the ocean
Restorative Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Suitable for all levels of experience, restorative yin yoga is practised focusing on long holds, stillness and deep breathing.
Please arrive 10 mins early to get settled in, have a cup of tea. Welcome to bring your own yoga mat and blanket.
