Balkan Boogie is a celebrated Balkan dance and concert band led by dance master Yorgo Kaporis and musician Andy Busuttil. The music and dances are sourced from Macedonia, Turkey and Greece. This is a full-on participative band. During the dances and concerts, excited and enthusiastic dancers, both experienced and beginner, turn up to celebrate their skills and the joy of discovering and re-discovering the true sense of community in dance and music. Either dance or sit, listen and watch. A great night of fun.
