Join us in the hall for Pilates with Nicky, followed by a glass of Prosecco.
This is a free event.
For the fun and safety of everyone, please:
- bring your own yoga mat (or towel)
- wear appropriate (comfortable and stretchy) clothing
- be prepared to sign a waiver/consent form before entry
This booking form includes some health and well-being questions which help our instructor (and Holy Spirit parent), Nicky, prepare. Please be aware Nicky may contact you directly if she requires additional information.
