This program offers the opportunity to build your shooting skills in the pre-season right before club trials start.
The program will focus on building;
Shooting technique - Circle conditioning - Circle Movement and the program is designed to be an elevated work-rate style session asking the players to work hard for a 90min period.
This program is for players aged 10-14yrs (ages split).
We have several location available.
