Join us to support This Girl Can, a time when we celebrate and support women to embrace physical activity and try out new activities offered at Delahey Community Centre.
Walking Group
Tuesday 12th November
9:15-10:00am - No Charge
Enjoy a walk with our friendly walking group around sealed paths at Delahey Recreation Reserve and have a go at using the fitness equipment around the reserve. Afterwards return to Delahey Community Centre for healthy light refreshments.

Gentle Movement
Friday 15th November
9:15-10:00am - No Charge
Gentle and easy to follow movements stretches, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Followed by healthy light refreshments.

binGO MOVE Community
Monday, 18th November and 2nd December
10:00-11:00am - No Charge
Bingo with a twist! Combine your favourite tunes with gentle excercise to get you moving and have lots of fun. An IPC Health exclusive program designed by Allied Health professionals. Followed by healthy light refreshments.
