Soul Motion® is a transformative movement practice allowing mental, emotional and physical restoration and relaxation. It allows a busy mind to rest and the body to deeply cultivate full presence by exploring authentic ways to move and be moved. With curiosity, connection and creativity we move with a rich soundscape journey that allows each of us to explore our dance alone and together. We ground ourselves in the dances of spaciousness, relationships, and sacredness,  whilst using the rich architecture of the Soul Motion movement practice. I look forward to moving with your presence each week where ever you are.
