Join us for a nourishing experience for your body, mind and soul on Sunday 17th November
We are beginning the day with a kids hour that is free to experience that will include mindful activities hosted by Tara who will guide parents and kids through acro yoga. Creating shapes, bonding and moving our bodies. This is an experience that involves parent and child connection so please make sure you attend and participate with them.
The next part of the event will be for teens and above and include:
-Sound bath experience with Tess from Somewhere in-between healing
-Shiatsu Yin experience with Aleisha from Machiya
-Nutrition connection and healthy meal with Anita from SurfCoast Lifestyle Health
-Nervous system connection with Dr Emily from One Body Chiropractic
Other elements of nourishment include herbal tea, reiki during the sound healing and opportunity to connect with other people from the community
