Assessment booking deadlines

Assessment bookings close at 12:00 pm three business days before the assessment date.

After booking, you must immediately email SisterShip Training the following information:

• Exam type: SROCP (Short Range) or LROCP (Long Range)
• First name (full name for licence (Cert of Operation))
• Surname
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Email address

SisterShip Training collates this information and submits it to the Office of Maritime Communications (OMC). The OMC requires two full business days to process your information and set up the assessment.

Your booking and complete details must both be received by the deadline. If we do not receive your information in time, you will not be able to attend that session.

You may book either:

• SROCP: Short Range/VHF
• LROCP: Long Range/VHF/MF/HF

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the application instructions and the Microsoft Teams link for your selected assessment date. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder. Then contact us if you still have not received it.

Private assessments

If the scheduled dates do not suit you, a private one-to-one assessment may be arranged for an additional $39.
