The Shire Vintage & Collectables Fair 2025
Vintage and Collectables Fair at Sutherland Basketball Stadium.
Stalls selling vintage wares and collectable items.
PRICES:
Stall costs are:
$130 for one table
$240 for two tables
$350 for three tables
Tables and chairs are supplied by Sutherland Rotary and setup ready on the day.
Power is available for a limited number of stalls. Cost is total $10 regardless of how many tables you book.
INSURANCE
Public liability insurance is compulsory for all stallholders.
PAYMENTS
Can be made by debit and credit cards affiliated with Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay or PayPal. (note there is an additional 0.5% fee if you wish to pay by PayPal).
NOTE RE FEES:
There is a Trybooking processing fee of 2.5%.
Plus, Trybooking charge a 50c ticket fee per item (eg any number of tables plus power would be $1.00 fee)
FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS
There is an additional fee of 0.5% on the total including fees listed above.
