Presented by Bree Achterbosch- Professional Experience Coordinator, Australian Catholic UniversityThe Difficult Conversations Workshop is a one-day interactive learning experience aimed at health professionals who work with undergraduate students, junior staff or are in line management roles. The day covers understanding barriers that occur in difficult conversations, principles, and strategies to achieve the best outcomes and results and self-management techniques for the times you are required to provide feedback that may not feel welcomed or wanted. Participants will gain insights into their own strengths and opportunities for improvement via roleplaying real-world examples with peers in a safe learning environment.
