Registration is now open for Term 1 2025 Basketball. Cost is $70.00.
• Upfront payment is required as part of the registration process
• No refunds once registration is complete (except when a team or competition does not go ahead)
• Loan of uniforms with parent agreement that unreturned or damaged uniforms will incur a fee
• Understanding of parent responsibilities and duty of care
Games will be played at Unley High School Gym, Highgate Primary Gym and Trinity Church, Colonel Light Gardens. Parents are responsible for transporting their child to and from the venue.
The season begins in Week 1, Term 1, Tuesday 28 January 2025 (TBC).
Teams will be entered in as follows for boys and girls mixed teams
• Year 2 competition on Tuesday nights
• Year 3/4 competition on Thursday nights
• Year 5/6 competition on Wednesday nights
Once nominated, a program will be organised and a team manager will need to distribute it to the players. Practise times will be held at GOPS and will be organised at a later date to suit the coach.
Assistance from parents is crucial. Each team will require a coach and a team manager - please indicate if you can help.
Please advise OSHC if your child is attending before or after school training on a day they are booked with OSHC.
Uniform
The school will provide a basketball top that must be returned at the end of the season. Families will be invoiced for any tops not returned or damaged.
GOPS shorts, white or navy socks, sneakers.
