Interplay explores the wisdom of the body through story, simple body movement and vocal techniques that help reconnect a sense of personal wholeness and creativity.
Experience fun, and a sense of community and freedom through gentle movement, rest, reflection, storytelling, song and conversation.
This is a creative workshop to awaken the playful creative spirit.
Led by accredited InterPlay leaders Peter Batten, Jenny Batten and Trish Graham.
