About
Come and Try sessions are designed for beginners who have never tried archery before or those who are looking to see if archery is for them, although anyone is welcome.The sessions are run by qualified coaches who will be able to show you how to shoot safely.
A session runs for 1.5hrs and all equipment is provided.
Come and Try sessions are open to people aged 7+, however we ask that parents of children aged 7-10 supervise their children.
Our sessions still run in the wet weather (excluding unsafe conditions such as lightning). We usually shoot from undercover if it's wet.
Bookings limited to 24 people per session
What to wear:
- Closed shoes are important, no open footwear is allowed
- T-shirt or long-sleeved shirt, nothing too baggy that will get in the way of the string being released.
- Hat, sunscreen, water bottle
- appropriate wet-weather clothing/shoes in case of rain
