What we do:
- welcome & time to settle
- a step-by-step guided creative journaling exercise (e.g. writing, poetry, collage, painting or mark making) with time to work quietly. The exercise will help you explore some of the changes, feelings, joys & challenges of your pregnancy and/or motherhood journey.
- opportunities to share and discuss
Investment: $79 (or $45 concession/parental leave/financial hardship) per person includes creative materials. BYO journal.
