Opera in the Country returns to the historic Girgarre Town Hall for a festive evening celebrating the special role that music plays in Christmas celebrations. Join us for an uplifting performance featuring the exceptional talents of emerging opera singers Olive Cullen, Johnny De Simone, Charlotte Goode, and Matthew Duffy, and the brilliant pianist Ronan Apcar.Immerse yourself in a delightful program filled with beloved Christmas classics. Enjoy traditional carols like “O Holy Night” and “Angels We Have Heard on High,” alongside festive operatic favorites such as “Ave Maria” and even the playful “Santa Baby.”
