face to face classesGestation: 32-34weeks pregnant
session 1- Birthing your baby: physiological birth
session 2- When medical assistance is required
session 3- Feeding your baby
session 4- Life with your newborn and postpartum care
will include a tour of the maternity ward
Dates:
Monday 24th November 2025
Wednesday 26th November 2025
Monday 1st December 2025
Wednesday 3rd December 2025
Time: 6:00pm-8:30pm, arrive 5mins early
*1 ticket required for 1 participant for all 4 sessions
each participant can bring along one support person, support person does not require a ticket.
COVID requirements
All participants must be at least double-vaccinated
Be willing to complete a RAT test prior to arriving
participants must not attend if
- they have respiratory symptoms or
- they have a positive RAT
1.5m apart from other couples
Venue: Frank Lodge, Level 1 Warrnambool Base Hospital
Wear: comfortable clothing
BYO: water bottle, snacks
