Jacqui Ingham will provide an overview of NSW’s contaminated land regulatory framework and EPA’s role. She will cover how EPA regulates contamination, including the resources and assistance available for contaminated land consultants. Jacqui will also discuss the EPA’s Environmental Management Plan Practice Note which aims to guide consultants and other persons in drafting plans suited to long-term management of contamination.
Jacqui is the Unit Head of EPA’s Contaminated Land Policy team. She has over 20 years’ experience in land use planning, waste and industry regulation, and policy development.
