Missed Lessons/Refund Policy

ELC – Year 12 students unable to attend a lesson due to a planned absence, parents should contact the TEC tutor 1 week in advance. If the absence is due to illness on the day parents should email/SMS the TEC tutor and Michelle Oakley.

For missed music lessons (if notified) the tutor will try to give a catch-up lesson where possible

If a student misses a lesson, or withdraws during a semester, refunds are not provided

It is not the School’s responsibility to ensure your daughter’s attendance at lessons both within and outside of School hours
