Creative Botanicals Workshop -Art for Teens is a painting workshop held in my little, pop up studio, in Carrington NSW. Located within the thriving Moa & Co. community space.
Encouraging a creative, individualistic, outcome to our painting and shared experience, we take a deep dive into the world of abstraction, colour, space and representational form. Tapping into our emotions, experiences and everyday life stuff. Intertwining our love of nature, connection, joy, energy and beauty.
Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, this workshop is designed to help you unleash your creativity and express yourself further, through art and bringing your unique touch to your art practise through Creative Botanicals🍂
Ages 12-16 yrs (with content also appropriate for ages 10-11yrs)
We acknowledge that younger individuals 10-11yrs with specific interests may be a good fit if they have a mature outlook and a strong interest in art.
Get ready to explore the botanical world of color, embracing both the messy and the precise aspects of art-making. Remember, there are no right or wrong ways to create art - only endless possibilities waiting to be discovered!
So let's embark on this creative journey together. Immerse ourselves in the beauty of botanicals, experiment with new techniques, and most importantly, have fun.
WHAT TO BRING
All art materials are supplied.
Suggest to wear clothes suitable for painting
LUNCH OR MORNING TEA
Food supplies are in abundance via coffee van 7 days or in-house farmgate markets fri-sun.
ADDITIONAL INFO
Teens recommended 12-16(some 10-11yrs)
Cancellations within 3 days prior to workshop will be refunded a future workshop.
If you are unwell, please do not attend this workshop
4-6 people, (this class will not run under 4 people)
Beginner level(generally means being able to load a brush with paint)
There are no stairs(if this is something of concern for you)
Parking is available but can be tricky on weekdays
