Labour and Birth Basics (SOLD OUT)

CLASSES for 2025 are FULLY BOOKED. There are no additional classes until 2026.
More than just childbirth education, this course will discuss preparation of body and mind for labour, birth and beyond for an empowered and informed experience. Understand how your body works to birth your baby, and options and choices you can make for your labour and birth. Come along with your birth partner and both learn techniques and tips for a supportive labour, birth and parenting journey.
Classes run in the evening over two consecutive weeks, the date you book into is the FIRST session date, with the SECOND date the Thursday the following week (must be done in this sequence).
Cost: $150 for the course
- 2 x 2 hour sessions (Must be in the same block - CANNOT split into different blocks of sessions)
- For Mums-to-be and birth partners (ONE ticket admits ONE COUPLE)
- Extra resources provided through the course
- Techniques and tips to prepare you for labour and birth
