About
Booking an immunisation session eligibility:• children between zero- and five-years-old
• pregnant women
• catch-up immunisation (for anyone who has missed vaccines in Australia or born overseas)
• additional recommended vaccines are available for purchase
Please note: If your child has overseas immunisation history or has missed some of the routine vaccines, please email the immunisation team at immunisation@frankston.vic.gov.au before making a booking.
Siblings are seen at the same appointment time. Complete the booking information for the youngest child first, then provide information for any additional children in the information comment box. Please include:
• additional sibling name/s
• date of birth
• vaccines due
Please get in touch with the event organiser (see below) if you wish to cancel a booking.
