This tea is suitable for those who's occupation may involve a lot of talking and for singers that need to keep a healthy relaxed throat. This blend prevents and heals the throat from the inevitable strain and pain that can occur.Ingredients
1.Liquorice Root - Coats the throat in a protective lining, along with having antibacterial properties.
2.Slippery Elm - One of the best natural throat protection remedies out there. Known to protect the throat and reduce irritation. Found in many throat lozenges brands.
3.Marshmallow Root - An antiseptic that can remove mucous and reduce inflammation.
4.Fennel - Another anti-inflammatory that is great for circulation, digestion and nausea.
5.Cinnamon - Used for centuries in Chinese medicine for throat problems.
6.Orange Pieces - Mainly for taste in this blend, which also contains mild antiseptic properties.
Brewing
1.Add around 1 teaspoon to boiling water, steep for 5 minutes with the cup covered.
