Mothers with children of all ages, from baby to adult, you are invited to a very nurturing, encouraging & healing space!
Facilitated by Jai Ram of Small Blessings Yoga & mother of 3 young adults, the evening offers you a space to share, to listen, to confront what is hard, to feel, to heal and be liberated & elevated.
Kundalini Yoga tradition meditations may be brought in , as the moment calls for, to move something, to heal, to gain clarity, to find stability or the right action .. or so much else. It’s an organic & responsive space.
Babes in arms are welcome!
