The Capella C&K Early Childhood Centre & Capella State School are the proud hosts of this amazing Market, held every July. We have a VOLUNTEER committee that run the Markets with profits from the day being donated to both the School and C&K Centre.
Our Markets are held every year on the last Saturday in July at the Capella Show Grounds (Bridgeman Park).
Information regarding booking your stall.
- Every stall holder must supply their own Liability Insurance, Food permits & Gas Certificates if applicable. These need to be emailed to capellaxmasinjuly@gmail.com or you can post them by mail to Po Box 100, Capella 4723, once you have completed your booking, If we do not have a copy of these documents with in 4 weeks of your booking date, your booking will be cancelled and your fee will be non-refunded.
- As we get so much support from our small community, we like to support our local small business and stall holders, please be aware locals do get priority to booking a stall.
- If you are a party plan please check with others in your area so we dont have any double ups.
- All electrical cords MUST be Tested and Tagged. Our Health and Safety Offices will be checking these on the day, if they are not tagged they wont be able to be used. Each site (3x3m)is entiteled to 2 x 15amp cords if needed. If you require more than 2 , you need to pay the $10 fee.
- Inside stalls are 2.5m x 2.5m these sites are $90 and include a 1x Table and Chair
- Outside stalls are 3m x 3m these sites are $60. / 3x6 fence line $80 / 6x6 fence line $140. Outside stalls need to provide their own shade, table etc. All outside stalls with Gazebos must be weighted down, most sites are on bitumun, please keep this in mind when deciding how to weight your Gazebo down.
- If you think you will need more space then the designated area you have purchased, please book a extra stall, no extra space will be given on the day.
- There is camping availble at the showgrounds from the 25th July to 29st July for a fee of $10 a night.
- All Cancellations of bookings must be made before the 13th of July, to receive a reimbursement of your stall payment. All cancellations after this date will be non-refundable.
- On Friday the 25th of July , our volunteer committee members will be at Bridgman Park from 2pm to 5pm, for inside stalls to begin setting up. If you are an outside stall and wish to set up on Friday, please keep in mind you are setting up at your own risk as the grounds are not locked.
- Saturday morning set up will be from 5am to ensure all stalls are set up and ready by 8.00am at the latest as gates open at 9am. This will also give you time to have a look around the markets and grab breakfast and a coffee if you wish. BBQ breakfast will be available from 6am. Morning tea, lunch and drinks will also be available for purchase throughout the day at our BBQ and kitchen facilities. Toilet facilities are also readily available at the show grounds
- Please note:Your stall must fit the rules and specifications of a Capella Christmas in July Stall.If a stall description does not meet the committee rules, your site fee will be refunded, less the credit merchant fee.
