Minimum of 2 tickets is required per booking to secure ONE CAR PARK
Each booking will allow ONE CAR ONLY
Any cars arriving with a single ticket / person won't be allowed to enter.

LARGE GROUP?
Decide how many cars you will need to bring everyone in, then purchase required
tickets, remember, it's ONE CAR per booking.
 Please carpool if possible.
Need extra tickets at a later date?
They can be purchased at the ticket box, on the night.

*  NO swapping movies

* NO single movie option

* BYO chairs + portable radio
If required.
However, chairs & sound is supplied for PROGRAM 4 ONLY; Deckchair Cinema

 * NO BBQ's, NO DOGS

* NO PASSES OUT
If you leave & attempt to come back in, you will be required to pay again.

* NO TAKEAWAY, COMMERCIALLY PREPARED FOOD ALLOWED
However, Home Made Picnic Hampers welcomed
Shel's Diner is OPEN from 5pm

* WEATHER / FIREWORKS / ENTERTAINMENT
In the event of severe weather that the CFA / Pyrotechnics company declares would
render the FIREWORKS display unsafe,
the Movies & Music Bands will proceed regardless.
NO REFUNDS / partial REFUNDS.
Inflatables / Entertainment, again, if weather conditions render it unsafe to
proceed by the operator. NO REFUNDS / partial REFUNDS
We can't control the weather so please come prepared for all conditions
as we screen movies in rain, hail & moonshine.

NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, CHANGE OF MIND with all ticket sales
NO REFUNDS ON NO-SHOWS OR UNUSED / UNSCANNED TICKETS
