Who is this page for?

This page is for New Members to Ringwood City SC who have received an offer of a place for 2025 or for 2024 members who missed the earlier pre-registration process and have received confirmation that a place is available for them in 2025.

By completing pre-registration you will pay a non-refundable deposit to play at the Club in 2025.

You must have received confirmation of an offer of a place before completing pre-registration.

This page is to register for Community MiniRoo and Junior competitions only, i.e. U8-U18 Boys and Girls. Please choose the age group which matches your child's year of birth.

Do not use this page to place a deposit for any of our NPL, Pre-NPL or Senior teams as a different registration process applies.

Do not forward this link to prospective new members. They will first need to complete an Expression of Interest form, and will be contacted by our Coordinators in regard to vacancies and trial dates (if applicable).
What is expected of me when I register my child at Ringwood City SC?

As part of registration, we expect all members to adhere to all relevant policies and Code of Conducts, including the Club Code of Conduct and the Club Child Safety Code of Conduct.

It is expected that you contribute positively to your child's participation at Ringwood City, including with various tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the Club.
How much are the fees and what is included?

Fees for the 2025 fees can be found on our website. The balance of fees will be payable closer to the start of the season via the Play Football portal, details to be provided.

We are pleased to inform that a full playing kit is included (playing jersey, shorts and socks) with your fees. To assist us with placing the uniform order (which occurs in early December), please select the size you prefer for each item. We do our best to accommodate your preference, but cannot guarantee this. A sizing guide can be found here.

Fees include, but are not limited to: Football Victoria (FV) player and team registration (including insurance), referee fees (where applicable), playing kit, coaching and coordinator expenses, training and match day equipment, end of season medals and trophies (participation medals only for U12 players and below), costs related to all club facilities, such as council fees and rent, insurance, utilities and cleaning.
What if I change my mind?
The Club has significant expenses to cover prior to the start of the season. The deposit covers these costs. As such deposit payments are non-refundable. For further information please see our Fees and Refund Policy.
Which team am I in and when does training start?
The relevant Coordinator, Coach(es) and Team Managers will be in touch with you in due course. Pre-season training usually commences in February.
