About

Oh snap! This hands-on four-hour bake and build gingerbread workshop with internationally experienced pastry chef and BITA trainer Martin Schett will expose you to authentic gingerbread making. Including Gingerbread House, Gingerbread Men and Gingerbread Cookies. Attendees will witness the whole process including mixing, shaping, baking, and decorating. Martin will demonstrate the tools of the trade for baking and traditional techniques to successful create festive gingerbread products to wow your family and friends this Christmas. This workshop is aimed at home bakers.

Places are limited. (Minimum 6 participants, Maximum 12 participants ). NOTE: Under 6 participants the class will be cancelled and money refunded.
Minimum age is 16.
Free recipe book provided.
All participants take home their gingerbread creations.
