Templestowe Heights Primary School Basketball - Miniball Competition

PLEASE NOTE: This is only an expression of interest to play miniball. A link to register and pay Bulleen for the term fees will be emailed out to you before the season starts.
This competition takes place after school on a Friday at Bulleen Stadium in Sheahans Rd and is aimed at teaching prep aged children the rules and techniques of Basketball while playing a game. Drop down rings are lowered for Miniball and are a good height for children of this age. Game start times vary each week and are between 4.10– 6.10pm. The umpire and coaches are on the court throughout the game to explain the rules and instructions to the players. The game consists of 2 x 15 minute halves and is not scored. Learning the rules and how to play the game, whilst having fun, are the main goals of Miniball. No previous experience is necessary.
