Join Kristy Elliott (Restorative Pathways) and Megan Corcoran (Wagtail Institute) for an interactive and inspiring day focused on:▪️ Developing practical self-care and wellbeing strategies to reduce compassion fatigue.
▪️ Building psychological safety and trust within your team.
▪️ Navigating tough conversations with confidence using restorative practices and Nonviolent
Communication (NVC).
▪️ Creating a personal hope map to guide your leadership in 2025.
This workshop blends research-based strategies with hands-on tools and reflective practices, providing school leaders with the insights and skills they need to lead with clarity, purpose, and resilience.
